Organisational Restructuring & Business Process Re-Engineering
As part of its Private Sector Development Programme, the Government of Ghana initiated the restructuring of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) to enable it provide the requisite technological support to the sector. Under the programme, JYA prepared Strategic and Business Plans for the restructuring and commercialization of four Institutes under the CSIR.
- Building and Road Research Institute (BRRI)
- Crops Research Institute (CRI) and –
- Soil Research Institute (SRI)
- Water Resources Research Institute (WRRI)
